As some of you may remember, Jean 2 and I have a standing tradition when it comes to vacation souvenirs...Ugly Magnets!
Jean 2, upon returning home from her vacation, and I met up at the local Ziggies (area home cooking restaurant) to visit and me to receive my anticipated treasure. These magnets have become the stable of our trips, the magnets are a hunt that is usually participated by exuberance of each other and usually our families. The kids and husbands even get into the act saying things like "You should get Aunt Jean this one, it's really bad" or "Oh babe, look a this one, it's hideous!"
This my friends, I can safely say, is the ugliest magnet I have received to date! Yep, it's a prize winner! What with the broken leg on one side, the chipped paint and the glowing red eye.....puts a lump in my throat and a tear in my eye!

AAAWWW-just looking at that turtle brings a tear to my eye as well. The memory of shopping for the *perfect* magnet makes my heart swell with pride at my accomplishment. And always remember-the sign of the turtle. Never take it for granted again. Now I ask you-just where is that magnet? Displayed I hope!
Perfect...it is truly a horrifying magnet.
